Turn knowledge into observable workplace capability

Employees work through realistic workplace situations, receive feedback against defined criteria and repeat deliberately. Learning & Development and subject-matter owners can see which behaviours have already been demonstrated reliably and where further practice is required.

Customer service · Escalation call

Prevent a production stoppage: agree a credible delivery plan

After a second postponement, the customer's line will stop within 48 hours. The learner clarifies the impact, checks partial-delivery options and agrees either a credible commitment or an explicit escalation route.

Your goal

Confirm the impact and decision deadline, agree an accountable escalation route and commit to the next status update at 13:30.

Open reference practice

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Define the training need

Specify the learner group, critical work situation, learning objective and observable success criteria using your approved source material.

  2. Step 2

    Develop and approve the scenario

Create dialogue paths, decisions, media and feedback criteria manually or with controlled generation; subject-matter experts review before publication.

  3. Step 3

    Assign, practise and evaluate

Learners complete the scenario with guidance, orientation or freely. Learning & Development and mentors review progress, criteria met and agreed follow-up actions.

One system for conversation, technical and process training

Every training scenario uses the same learning objectives, roles, approvals, translations, assignments and reporting.

Sales, service, leadership

Conversation simulations

A key account threatens to leave after a second missed delivery. The learner handles objections by voice and receives feedback against approved service criteria.

Diagnosis, maintenance, safety

Technical simulations

A packaging line reports error E-47 after a format change. Measurements, sensor states and safe checks lead to the cause without intervention on the live machine.

Operation, case work, standards

Software and process simulations

An urgent supplier invoice without a purchase-order reference awaits approval. Learners apply the four-eyes principle, exception policy and audit-ready documentation.

Governable for Learning & Development. Credible for the business.

Practice maps simulation technology to established Learning & Development structures: learning programmes, learner groups, assignments, learning objectives, approvals and reporting. Subject-matter experts own the criteria; the Learning & Development team governs rollout and evidence of competency.

  • Develop training scenarios from templates, subject-matter material or approved company sources
  • Maintain one object in any number of language versions without divergent copies
  • Assign learners in the integrated LMS or deliver content through SCORM and xAPI

GDPR, employee representation and governance from the outset

Before rollout, Learning & Development, privacy teams and employee representatives can verify which data is processed, why it is required, who can see results and which documented retention period applies.

After confirmed registration, Practice analyses up to five approved pages of your company website. You review six subject-matter reference templates. Where a proposal uses specific website context, Practice identifies the source reference on that proposal.
