Terms of use for the free trial
These terms apply to the 30-day Knowledgeworker Practice trial provided by chemmedia AG.

1. Trial scope and duration
The trial includes four team accounts for administration, authoring and mentoring, 15 learner seats, up to three unpublished scenario drafts and €25 in AI trial credit. No payment card is required. The trial ends without automatic paid renewal.
2. Business account
A business email address is required. The registering person must be authorised to create a trial workspace for the company and approve analysis of the confirmed public company domain.
3. Content and approvals
Prepared company profiles and training scenarios are proposals. They remain unpublished until an authorised person completes a subject-matter review and explicitly approves them. Training scenarios must not contain real confidential data or special categories of personal data.
4. AI services and cost control
Paid AI and media jobs are charged against the visible AI credit. Provider price, the 20% Practice service margin and the total are traceable for each job. The limit cannot be exceeded without explicit approval. An additional limit is capped at the confirmed euro amount, valid for 30 days and requires approval by an authorised person.
5. Permitted use
The trial may only be used for lawful learning, diagnostic and service scenarios. Security controls, role checks and provider limits must not be circumvented.
6. Termination and contact
The trial may be suspended in case of misuse. Contact the Knowledgeworker team to continue, export or delete the trial workspace.
