This product-specific notice supplements the general privacy policy of chemmedia AG.

1. Controller
The controller is chemmedia AG, Parkstraße 35, 09120 Chemnitz, Germany. Privacy requests can be sent to datenschutz@chemmedia.de.
2. Data processed
The trial processes a business email address, company name, roles and session data, security logs, the public website content you approve and the company profiles and scenario proposals derived from it.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Registration and provisioning support pre-contractual measures. Security logs support secure operation. Website analysis starts only after separate consent, which can be withdrawn for the future.
4. Recipients and AI providers
Connected providers receive data only for generation jobs you explicitly initiate and according to the selected provider and region policy. Website onboarding never publishes automatically.
5. Retention and control
The optional Germany Standard for the product trial sets a 180-day retention period for learning progress, responses in learning activities and evidence of competency. Server-side defaults are 365 days for learning delivery and 730 days for content and approval evidence. The approved period for the workspace is shown in its privacy profile and may differ. No separate production-approved deletion period is currently configured for registration data, security logs or consent evidence; these periods must be defined before production use. Withdrawal creates a new record and stops further analysis.
6. Your rights
